the palayana hua hin hotel is a great place to chill out in thailand! rooms r super spacious and clean, and the beach is right there with a lovely cafe that has tasty food. breakfast is a buffet with a lot of options, which is a huge plus for me! the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to lend a hand. plus, the pool area is pretty cool too!

my only issues were that the wifi was spotty and the room coulda used more attention during cleaning. they need to step up their game on that part.

i woudl have almost given a good review, but really i just couldn’t. the aircon was leaking, and dont even get me started on the pool, it looked disgusting. i mean, woudl it kill you to prioritize maintenance? honestly expected a complimentary treat for enduring this nonsense, but no, treated like a regular guest instead!

The spacious villa with a private pool provided a perfect setting for relaxation. The attentive staff, especially Mr Moss at the front desk, made our stay memorable with their excellent service.

Family with children delight

We had an amazing time at the villa with our kids. The staff were really nice, and they even helped us with some sudden changes to our meal preferences, didn’t bat an eye. Pool was huge, and the food was a nice blend of Thai and Indian too which made my wife really happy.

It was a bit pricey but acceptable for the quality and service we received.
